Total organic material testing (OM246) to measure how much grass grew underground

Total organic material measured in the soil will include plant parts and thatch. Soil organic matter, on the other hand, excludes plant material. This episode discusses this distinction and shows the valuable information that can be obtained by measuring total organic material in addition to soil organic matter.
This episode is about soil organic matter (excludes plant material) and total organic material (like it sounds).
